RETURN POLICY. FOR PRODUCT RETURNS.

Our return policy is valid for 30 days, with the mandatory 14 days legalized by the European Union included in the original 30 days. Once the 30 days have expired after your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return, refund or exchange for understandable reasons for using our product and/or service for 30 days. We hope for your understanding of a possible situation from our side, where KYTKO cannot take back the item that was used for 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in exactly the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials or flammable liquids, gases, used/personalized gift cards, downloadable software, intimate and non-intimate sanitary items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer itself.


REFUND
Once your return has been received and quality checked, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If you are approved, your refund case will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method used to complete the purchase or another bank, e-wallet with valid legal impersonation that confirms and matches the identity of the buyer.


LATE OR FAILURE TO REFUND
If you didn't get a refund yet, first double check your bank account again.
Afterwards contact your account and card issuing bank, it may take some time before your repayment is posted to the bank account.
If you have done all that and still have not received your refund, please contact us at kytksoervice@gmail.com with "Refund Problem" as the subject or write to us via the Contact Us page .


GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and delivered directly to you,   you will receive a gift card for the value of the item to be returned. Once the returned item has been received, a gift card will be issued and sent via e-mail to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased or the gift giver ordered the order for himself first in order to give the item as a gift later, we will send a refund to the person who bought the gift and that person will be informed of your refund of the purchased item product.


DELIVERY
To get the return address, contact us via e-mail kytkoservice@gmail.com or directly via the Contact Us page .

You are responsible for covering delivery costs for returning the item. Delivery costs are not covered by refunds. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be covered by the refund.

If you are sending an item over DKK 700, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
